What types of Plastic Furniture are manufactured by Petals?

We design and manufacture high-quality and high-performance Plastic Furniture. With 40 Years and more experience we are manufacturing in house all kinds of plastic furniture from knock down tables to plastic chairs. We are soon launching our Wooden Furniture as well.

How can I contact customer service?

How do I return a product?

We apologise but there is no trial policy on the products. Incase of any defects / damages please email us on returns@ashokafoam.com and we will initiate return

What is the material used in this furniture?

We use only 100% Virgin Granules that is a combination of pure Polypropylene, Co- polypropylene and Colours.

Can I order a single piece? What is the minimum quantity one can order?

Is this furniture environmentally friendly?

Yes, our furniture is made of 100% Virgin plastics.

Where can I get my furniture replaced during the guarantee period?

Please email us on returns@ashokafoam.com for any replacement issues. When sending the email, please send us a picture of the breakage and also the order #. The replacement issues should be related to breakage only against the company invoice

How do I file a warranty claim?

If you are filing a claim under the specific warranty for your product, contact customer service. You will need a copy of your receipt and/or Order ID number. We may ask you to take photos and send photos of your product in order to process the claim.

When will my items ship?

Allow for 24-48 business hours for your items to ship. If for some reason some items cannot be shipped or will take longer we will notify you and/or issue a refund.

How does the warranty work?

We offer up to 3 Years warranty on all our products and the same is replaceable on free of cost basis if any manufacturing defect arises within 1 Year. Warranty is only of manufacturing defects and not on damages or breakages.

What if I receive some parts with scratches/damages?

Usually, this doesn’t happen. But in case you have received a defective part, please drop an email to us at returns@ashokafoam.com and attach the pictures of the damaged part. We will ship you the replacement for it immediately.
